Citect SCADA 2018 Beta Program – Now Closed!
Thanks to all who took part in our recent Citect SCADA 2018 Beta Program which is now closed.
We’re pleased to share that we had over 370 registered participants from more than 50 countries roll up their sleeves and help us road-test an early version of what we are confident will be our best version of Citect yet! Our exclusive technical Beta Forum was a hive of activity with 45 posts and 116 replies shared during the two-month period. The most popular post being a tutorial video on ‘How to create a new Situational Awareness Starter Project’.
We had a great response on all new areas of Citect SCADA 2018 including composite genies and ASM library objects, alarm indicators, shelving and cause and responses, alarm pages and of course the brand-new Workspace. We are happy to report that based on your feedback, alarm and trend pages with the brand-new equipment tree control is now in development for the upcoming release, as well as faceplates and interlocks. We are also planning to publish some new tutorial videos in the coming months and look forward to sharing those with you.
Beta Participant Survey Results
The results of our third-party TechValidatetm survey which was distributed to all Beta participants during the program are starting to come through and the results well and truly speak for themselves! Stay tuned for the complete breakdown of results which we will be sharing in the coming weeks.
