Download the new Customer FIRST Support App from Google Play today!
We are pleased to announce that Schneider Electric Software's revamped ‘Customer FIRST Support’ app is now available to Android users, from the Google Play website.
Previously known as the ‘SCADA & MES Support’ app - the renewed app not only has a new name, but has been updated to be compatible with our new case management system - enabling you to use the app to log and manage your service requests (SRs) whilst on the go, in a secure manner.
You can create cases, view case activities, receive push notifications when your cases are updated and track resolution status, all via the Customer FIRST Support app.
In addition, you can use the Customer FIRST Support app to search for and access our 6,000 plus knowledgebase (KB) articles, and stay up to date with the latest news and product alerts from the Global Customer Support team.
Using the Favourites feature, you can save KB articles and other technical documentation for offline viewing. To gain quick access to your most frequently viewed content, make it a ‘favourite’ simply by tapping the Favourites star at the bottom of the screen. This caches the content locally, making it available for viewing even without network reception.
Other improvements we’ve made to enhance your user experience include:
• The ability to withdraw / reopen cases
• The ability to accept / reject resolution status
• The App is now optimized for tablets (larger screens)
• Visual indicators for unread items
• Swipe gestures to mark items as read / unread
• Improved sync performance between your mobile device and our backend case management system

For iOS users, the Customer FIRST Support app is available to download onto your iPhone or iPad devices, from the App Store.
